Danny D’Alessandro

Danny D’Alessandro is a multi-instrumentalist originally from Cleveland, Ohio. He performs primarily on the tenor saxophone with Niceness, but also plays the banjo and sings in other projects. Danny moved to Telluride, Colorado in 2011 where he immediately found groups of like-minded people to write and perform music with. He is very passionate about collaborating with a wide variety of instrumentalists to create unique music that draws from a number of different genres. Outside of being a musician, Danny loves the outdoors. He was employed as a ski instructor at Telluride Ski Resort for seven seasons. Pursuing work that inspires him has always been the driving force behind his professional career choices. Currently, Danny has found his niche working as a licensed massage therapist while continuing his profession as a freelance musician. He performs all over Colorado and the surrounding states, but mainly you can find him on the western slope gigging with a number of different bands.
